This summer, Galerie Félix Frachon has the great pleasure of presenting MAGMA, a temporary project in Knokke, in collaboration with antique dealers Leonet Hoang. From July to September 2024, MAGMA, located at Zeedijk 731, will present a selection of designer furniture chosen by them, as well as three rotating gallery exhibitions. Among the artists exhibited, we find in particular Marianne Aublet, Pierre-Louis Graizon, Mano Penalva, Dimitri Fagbohoun, Nyaba Leon Ouedraogo, Ozias, Lia Mittarakis, Ratna Gupta, and many others. A selection of art from Oceania will also be highlighted, thanks to Galerie Meyer – Oceanic Art, specialized in oceanic art since 1986 and located at 17 Rue des Beaux Arts in Paris
Dialogue is therefore always at the heart of the work of the Galerie Félix Frachon, which, through MAGMA, will offer a unique fusion of eras, ranging from 400 AD to the present day, bringing together ancient anonymous artists and renowned international
and figures such as Ozias and Marianne Aublet, and encompassing the cultural riches of all continents.
Galerie Félix Frachon thus pursues its founding values by presenting powerful and captivating works that question and push cultural and aesthetic boundaries, where art transcends borders and where creativity flourishes in all its diversity.
A Reallly big thank you to Albert Baronian gallery whose gallery we took over in Knokke, Oceanic Meyer art gallery for the loans of the fantastic oceanic art and Hors Limites for their help in transforming the space to our out of the box ideas.
